Day-rate engagements for advisory and implementation support where the scope is open-ended. Invoiced monthly against agreed hours.
Fixed monthly fee for an agreed scope of availability. Used for ongoing AI strategy support, programme oversight or post-delivery maintenance. Typically £3,500 – £12,000 per month.
Applied to all engagements unless agreed otherwise in writing.
